They say that the way to a man’s heart is through the stomach, and this is confirmed by all the visitors who have ever indulged with us. At our large, 22 hectare ecological farm, we still nurture the traditions of the past and grow delicious ingredients using our own efforts on home soil.

We pamper our guests with a selection of delicacies such as home grown fruit and vegetables, farm-reared meat and home-cured salami and ham, alpine cheese, cottage cheese, rolled dumplings made from walnut and cottage cheese, sausages and blood sausage, ‘frika’ and other local specialities. We also offer home brewed brandy and liqueurs, homemade jam and freshly baked bread.
