At our large, 22 hectare ecological farm, we still nurture the traditions of the past and grow delicious ingredients using our own efforts on home soil. <\/p>\n<p>We pamper our guests with a selection of delicacies such as home grown fruit and vegetables, farm-reared meat and home-cured salami and ham, alpine cheese, cottage cheese, rolled dumplings made from walnut and cottage cheese, sausages and blood sausage, \u2018frika\u2019 and other local specialities.
